How power-full is SSJ4 chibi (& not chibi) Goku?

SSJ3 Goku > Ultimate Gohan

Since we have nothing to go with, I like to go with old GT fan theories to explain Daima SSJ4's power. So I have SSJ4 10x SSJ3 and Adult SSJ4 Goku = DBZ Super Vegetto (Like that old GT guide said). SSJ4 Kid Goku is stronger than Kid Boo, but still weaker than Super Boo.

Do they? Well I never liked SSJ & them being multipliers anyway, but I’m not sure about potential-un-lock either.
