How powerful are Kibito and Shin in DBS?

After Zamasu defeated Kibito, Shin mentions that not even the ability of all the Kaioshins together compares to Zamasu's.

@Kenshi Does that mean that Zamasu exceeded the combined power of the 12 Kaioshins? Or is he simply more skilled in combat than the 12 of them?

How powerful are each of the Kaioshins compared to the different forms of Majin Boo?

I remember CC said that Buff Boo's power = South Kaioshin + Kid Boo.

Present Zamasu was completely contained when fighting Kibito and bested him with moderate ease.
Which made Shin comment that perhaps not even the combined power of the 12 Gods could match Present Zamasu (Suppressed), however I find it hard to think that Kibito is stronger than the 12 Kaioshins, so I decided to put him just below Pell , who is by far the most powerful Kaioshin. The combined power of the 12 Kaioshins barely exceeds the power of Pell.

In some guides it is mentioned that Goku SSJ (CG) = Shin and Kibito rivaling Gohan Base (Boo), it seems to contradict itself in the same Arc Boo, but I will take it as a redcon and make them that powerful when they separate from Kibitoshin.

Lastly, Present Zamasu thought that between Kibito and Shin they could defeat Majin Buu (Surely he was referring to Kid Boo) and as we know, Kid Buo is a difficult enemy to kill due to his extraordinary regeneration and Shin's power is not relevant to him. Kibito's power, that's why I have Kibito (Arc Zamasu) something more powerful than Kid Boo.

Nah. Even if he's been training, there's no reason to think he surpassed anyone. All he does is get stomped in a mock fight.

Tbf there is nothing to imply Zamasu knew anything about Majin Boo's power. Zamasu is from another universe so he likely never directly confronted or seen Boo and just heard about his treachery.
