How powerful are the Gammas in the Manga?

It's hard to know what Piccolo was referring to, when he said that the strength of the Gammas is similar to that of Goku and Vegeta.

Are you referring to Goku and Vegeta PSSJB at the end of Arc Moro?

I see it possible that Goku momentarily using his PSSJB (when receiving energy from the Z Fighters), had the same power as Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart), but a temporary power, which made Piccolo think that the Gammas are in the level of Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart).

What do you think?

Maybe Goku PSSJB (Post Merus) = Gammas.

Personally I have:

Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) >>>>> Vegeta PSSJB (Post Yadart) >>>>> Goku PSSJB (Post Merus) = Gammas.

Perhaps Piccolo did not make that statement being very conscious and only thought of Goku PSSJB (Post Merus). Piccolo did not calculate the power of a hypothetical Vegetto PSSJB (Post Yadart).

I think Gohan gets stronger between Arc Moro and DBS Hero. Although Gohan only mentions that he trained a little to develop the Makankosappo, Gohan has great potential and it wouldn't be surprising if he would get stronger just by training a little. I even have Piccolo (DBS Hero / Pre Wish) more powerful than Gohan (Arc Moro), since the gap between them was big, but not huge and with the passing of those 3 years, it wouldn't be strange if Piccolo overcomes that disadvantage that had.
