Depends how old Jiren is. With how Belmod was suggested to have left the Pride Troopers to become a GoD, Jiren might actually be almost as old as the Hakaishin in which case he may only be slightly weaker than in the ToP.

It's true. I like to think that Future Jiren in the Zamasu Arc, had the same power that Jiren obtained (Beyond Limits).

I think Jiren (Current) should have trained much more intensely after the ToP, I think he should be as powerful as UI Goku / Mega Instinct Vegeta (Current) or he may even be at the level of Beast Gohan (Controlled Rage).

I could see that. If Toei and the Dragon Room intend to milk DBS past the battle with Black Freeza, a second ToP or something similar is inevitable.

Probably within the year. I hope someone other than Toyotaro does the story though. Like how Boruto's story used to be done by someone besides Masashi Kishimoto or Ikemoto.
