How powerful is Base Vegetto (Arc Zamasu / Anime)?

It didn't seem like SSJB Vegetto was many dozens more powerful than SSJB Goku (Peak / Arc Zamasu).

I have Vegetto Base a little more powerful than a hypothetical Goku SSJ3 (Peak).
