How powerful is Present Zamasu?

As we know, Goku Base (Arc Zamasu) >>> Goku Base (Post God) >>> Goku SSJG (Vs Beerus/Peak).

Present Zamasu fights almost at the same level as Goku SSJ2. Then Beerus comments that Goku even fought him. Does that mean SSJ2 Goku was heavily suppressed against Present Zamasu?

If so, how strong would Present Zamasu be compared to Goku SSJG (Vs Beerus)?

I think Goku fought Zamasu with the same level he used against Trunks because SSJ2 Goku ~ Black > Zamasu.

Zamasu didn't fight almost at the same level as SSJ2 Goku. Zamasu was on the defensive the whole fight, shitting himself about how powerful Goku was before getting his ass handed to him.

SSJ2 Goku vs Black...now that was an even fight.

i think zamasu can't have been that much above kibito (relatively talking). his fight with goku was just for show, because toei can't use logic (how many times have you seen illogical/contradictory things happen in db-super?).
