How strong are BASE Goku and Vegeta currently?

Currently, in DBS. Manga-only.

I switch back and forth between weaker than SSj3 Goku or stronger than Ultimate Gohan. I'd go with the latter personally due to the fact that he was able to leave a scratch on Hit.

I don't think either of them are stronger than Ultimate Gohan, mostly due to the Trunks shenanigans.

 

[Pyro]

Trunks probably isn't multiple times stronger than Kid Gohan, so Goku and Vegeta aren't either.

Stronger than Ultimate Gohan andboth the manga and anime doesn't follow the FnF chain.
