How strong are Bujin, Bido, Zangya, Vegeta SSJ (M9), Future Trunks SSJ (M9) and Piccolo (M9) compared to the CG characte

Piccolo is the easiest to judge with him not presenting any feats to place him above his CG anime self. Vegeta is a pretty questionable one with him seeming to lean heavily in to his vow to never fight again yet still being presented as stronger than Trunks. Much like with the Boo Arc, on can infer that Vegeta's desire not to fight again wasn't the same as giving up on training, but his M9 self isn't even shown doing that. Either Vegeta and Trunks are only as strong as their Cell Game selves, Vegeta did train despite it not being shown or he simply got a Toei hax. The latter two are more likely when Trunks is suggested to be significantly stronger than at the Cell Game with Roshi saying either Gohan or Trunks would be most likely to win the tournament. That said, Gohan is either as strong as his Cell Game self or weaker when considering Trunks wasn't completely out of his league apparently and Gohan still needed to be reminded of his failings from the Cell Game to access SS2. Gohan also went from struggling against Bojack's 3 minions to briefly pushing them and transformed Bojack back, so he either got a rage boost abovehis Cell Game level or got boosted back to his CG level depending how you view the power scale.

As for Zangya, Bido and Bujin, they were all on a comparable level of putting up a fight against Gohan and Trunks even without their strings. They didn't seem to dominate Trunks though, so they're probably more or less around his level.

The logical conclusion is that Bojack's minions are as strong as the Cell Jrs even though all of them seem a little weaker than Vegeta.

Piccolo and Trunks are the same as their Cell Games selves. Roshi suggests Trunks = Gohan, most likely due to Gohan growing rusty since Chi-Chi said he hasn’t trained since the Cell Games. Vegeta has also grown weaker due to not training, to a point that Trunks tries to stop him from fighting.

I’m really not sure on how strong Bojack’s minions are, probably Cell Jr level. Gohan must have awakened his fighting instincts out of anger upon seeing his fallen friends, so he’s back at his Cell Games power when he starts fighting.

Judging from how they fared against MSSJ Gohan, who is his CG self in my books, they're at least close to CG MSSJ Goku.
