Are they as strong as in M8 (First Rosat) or CG, or somewhere in between?

I think Goku SSJ in the OVA is as strong as his SSJ counterpart (50%) or his CG counterpart.

Combined powers of beaten up Z Fighters seem ridiculously potent in the films. It may not be necessary to upscale them individually, but nothing prevents it since it's an alternative universe anyway.
