How strong are Vegeta and Goku in Super?

Vegeta's Base form was kicked in the head from Cadda, and Cadda couldn't even budge him. Whereas Gotenks SSj3 at least managed to budge Vegeta a bit. Furthermore, Bootenks would be capable of replicating what Vegeta did to Gotenks. So IMO:

Super Boo (Gotenks-Absorbed) =/= Vegeta (Base) > Ultimate Gohan > Gotenks SSj3 Post-Rosat =/= Cadda (Base)

Magetta forced Vegeta to transform into a Super Saiyan and he even managed to engage in a Ki duel with him. Since the multipliers for Super Saiyan haven't changed, the fighters have now become much more powerful. Cadda was unable to do anything to Vegeta, despite being a Super Saiyan.

Vegetto SSj =/= Vegeta SSj > Magetta (Full Power) > Cadda SSj > Frost Final Form > Piccolo > Super Boo (Gohan-Absorbed) >
Super Boo (Gotenks-Absorbed) =/= Vegeta (Base) > Ultimate Gohan > Gotenks SSj3 Post-Rosat =/= Cadda (Base)

Or numerically:

Vegetto SSj: 1,000
Vegeta SSj: 1,000
Magetta: 800
Cadda SSj: 500
Frost Final Form: 400
Piccolo: 320

Vegetto Base: 20
Super Boo (Gotenks-Absorbed): 20
Vegeta (Base): 20
Ultimate Gohan: 15
Gotenks SSj3 Post-Rosat: 10
Cadda (Base): 10
Super Boo: 10

As for Final Form Freeza, 1rst form Freeza was capable of trashing Ultimate Gohan, well... Super Saiyan Gohan, but Gohan was forced to tap into his full potential in order to defeat Tagoma. And since Freeza's final form is 225x stronger then his first form, then this is where Base Goku should be:

Goku (Base): 5,000
Vegeta (Base): 5,000
4th form Freeza: 4,500
1rst Form Freeza: 20

Which one do we go with? They're contradictory to one another.

Until Vegeta mopped the floor with him. Cabda is a Saiyan, so Vegeta probably just wanted to see what he could do.

In the first chain you're assuming base Vegeta showed everything he could and assuming he's Bootenks' tier.

The second chain assumes Freeza kept his forms' powerscaling.

I go with the second because it keeps the base ~ SSJ god implications

During the events of RoF, they're both likely several notches stronger than a hypothetical SSJ3 Vegetto (Buu arc) even in their base forms. Goku immediately dismissed the thought of utilizing fusion, which pretty much suggests that SSJ Vegetto (BoG) isn't even close to the mere fraction of power that Beerus was showcasing. Keep in mind, Base Goku (post-BoG) was able to tangle with a Beerus that was presumably far stronger than the one who bested his SSJ3 and indirectly discouraged him from fusing.
