How strong do you have Frieza's forms barring Ultimate F

I still have the same difference between his forms as I did before fnf and I consider SSJGSS around a 2x (with an extremely powerful God tier base ofc)

Frieza 1st: 1
Frieza 2nd: 2.4
Frieza 3rd: 2.8
Frieza 4th: 227
Golden Frieza: 550 < dropping.

Goku and Vegeta: 250
SSJGSS: 500

Beerus: 650
Whis: 1,000

Everyone else: Below 1.

I tend to have the difference between the forms greater than they were in the Freeza arc due to everyone's flabbergasted reaction to Freeza transforming to his true form (when they experienced all his powers save Kuririn, Tenshinhan, etc.). I've not done concrete numbers yet, though.

2nd Form Freeza could be more than 2x stronger or not

3rd Form Freeza could be stronger than Super-Boo or weaker

I have his forms as

1st Form - Much Weaker than SSJ3 Goku (more than twice actually)
2nd Form - A bit stronger than SSJ3 Goku
3rd Form - Inbetween SSJ and SSJ2 Gotenks
4th Form - Super Vegetto Level

1st form - Around Fat Boo

2nd form - Above SSJ Gotenks post-RoSaT

3rd form - close to Super Boo full power

4th form - Above Super Saiyan 3 Vegetto

Golden - 130~135% SSJ God Goku from BOG

Based on statements in the movie 1st form Freeza could easily be any level higher than "a completely different level" than Gohan and Piccolo. I'm just going to go ahead and place him at the following:

Freeza:
~1st Form: Super Vegetto(Buu Saga)
~2nd Form: SSJ2 Vegetto
~3rd Form: SSJ2.5 Vegetto
~Initial 4th Form(3-5%): SSJ3 Vegetto
~50% 4th Form: SSJ3 GT Goku Baby Saga
~70% 4th Form: Base Goku Post-God Absorption(BoG)
~100% 4th Form: 80% SSJG Goku(BoG)
~Golden Freeza: Baby Vegeta/Super Baby Vegeta/80% Beerus

1st Form Frieza is likely far above Super Vegetto-tier IMO.

2nd Form Frieza: Probably close to SSj2 Vegetto-tier.

3rd Form Frieza: >>SSj2 Vegetto-tier.

Initial 4th form: Perhaps close to SSj3 Vegetto-tier.

50% 4th form: Above SSj4 Goku (Baby Arc).

70% 4th form: Above everyone except Super 17.

100% 4th Form: We're talking about between Nuova Shenron and Syn Shenron at this point IMO.

Golden Frieza: Slightly below Limits Surpassed SSj4 Goku.
