How Strong Is Android 17

Managed to beat Trunks and fought with Vegeta for a while iirc. How strong was that charisma vacuum?

I assume you're talking about GT #17 and Hell Fighter #17?

Regular #17 was still caught off-guard by #18 and unable to kill her. That could've been due to his consciousness stopping him like when Super #17 later allowed his weak point to be shown, but I still wouldn't place him too much stronger than Base Trunks in this arc. Comparing him to Z characters, I'd place him as not much stronger than Ultimate Gohan.

As for Hell Fighter #17, he fought evenly against Base Vegeta and SS2 Vegeta was stronger than Super Oob, likely as strong as Vegeta-Baby's 2nd transformation. Via scaling, I'd place him in between Goku's SS2 and SS3 forms in the Baby Arc.

I agree with CC on this. Nothing really wrong with those placements, depending on how you scale certain Super Saiyan forms.
