How strong is Base Goku now?

How strong do you have him? Personally I think he's in the range of 20-30 Super Saiyan Gods but I could be wrong.

Strong enough to put up a decent fight against someone not too far below his SSJ form who could also wreck 10% SSB Vegeta with a Time Leap, despite the Time Leap boost being lower than the gap between SSG and SSB. Anime-wise he was also able to give Beerus a more exciting fight than Enraged SS2 Vegeta.

So, enough to easily solo Z based on his feats, even manga-wise.
