How strong is Base Vegetto?

How strong does everybody consider Base Vegetto from the Black arc? Using other Super characters to compare him to would be preferable.

As strong as Golden Freeza IMO.

Probably weaker than SSB fighters individually, but stronger than SSj3 Goku.

Yeah > SSJ3 for me too. I was going to say the boost appears to be so low I'd put him above SSJ Goku, but you'd also remember that base Black pre-Goku fight was already fighting toe to toe with SSJ2 Goku, and I doubt Vegetto'd fall below that level even if the Potara as suffered a nerf.

On the same level as SSJ3 Goku. Probably stronger or weaker, but only by a little.

He should be weaker than these individual god forms, especially Potara is nerfed in this series.
