I mean the same Broly SSJ who tries to hit Whis and then faces off against Gogeta Base and SSJ?

If so, from what I remember, Gogeta SSJ at first very easily beats Broly SSJ, but then he narrowly beats him, I mean the scale is:

Gogeta SSJ (Movie Super Broly)> = Broly SSJ (Peak) >> Broly SSJ (Vs Whis and Gogeta Base)> UI Goku (ToP)?

Gogeta and Broly were pretty even the entire time. Broly may have powered up, so his base power could have surpassed SSJB Goku. I don’t think he surpassed the likes of SSJBE Vegeta though.

Broly's Ikary state is some kind of transformation?

I have a question, the Ikary state could be said that it is the maximum power of the Base of Broly or is it simply a type of transformation that multiplies x10 the Base power of Broly?
