Yes.

Maybe since I think LSSJ works like a potential unlock, but Broly hasn't transformed since his movie.

How has Broly not figured out how to control his power in multiple years? I don't think they have any clue on how to use Broly as a good guy. He's too hax.

Also in DBS Broly: Goku/Vegeta PSSJB were only a little more than 10x Broly Base.

On the other hand, in DBS Hero: Broly SSJFP he would be stronger than True UI Goku and Mega Instinct Vegeta, even though Broly Base is only a little stronger than Goku and Base Vegeta.

The SSJFP multiplier is tremendously higher in DBS Hero than in DBS Broly.
