Weaker than SuperSaiyan Blue Goku Episode 109.
Maybe SuperSaiyan God range.

Stronger than KKx20 Blue Goku, but weaker than Vegeta's Limit Breaking Final Flash.

SSBKKx20 tier physically. He took the same eye beam attack (a higher rate of fire version at that) that knocked Goku out of SSBKKx20 and was able to get up again. Improvement is just that good.

Higher with Cage of Time.

Shockwave technique that stops hearts, and psuedo intangibility/dimension crossing could also let him potentially beat some opponents that are physically above him.

Heck. Dyspo, who Hit stomped after improving, is going to be fighting Ultimate Gohan and Golden Frieza at the same time in the next episode coming up judging from the preview.

Hit has got to be beyond Blue level.

Not so sure about it. Goku and Vegeta were able to take harder hits from a powered up Jiren without Ultra Instinct. It's less about Improvement and more about inconsistent powerscaling if you ask me.

Hit could only stomp him after confusing Dyspo with lures, though. Golden Freeza outright outspeeded him.

I have Freeza above Hit in terms of raw power because of that.

Vegeta was close to getting a new form that rivals UI I think. So perhaps hints of that carried over to his normal SSB form. Goku doesn't make much sense though, I agree.

Eh. Frieza's performance against Dyspo is PIS IMO. He has no reason to be faster than SSB Goku (who Dyspo dodged a punch from even though he was completely off guard by the sudden transformation) since he has no means of getting stronger in that short of a period like Zenkai, Improvement, etc.. and he was completely matched in a Double KO with SSB Goku less than an hour ago (since that happened right before the tournament).

Hit became faster with improvement during his fight with Dyspo, definitely (went from reacting and blocking a good amount of Dyspo's blows, to clashing with him before Kunshi intervened, to landing a solid gut punch just through baiting him even though being baited doesn't mean Dyspo would be any slower).

To be fair, there were slower opponents that could dodge faster opponents' attacks in DBVerse, which is especially true in Super. Plus, considering Goku's tendency to hold back in this tournament (he reverted back to SSJG right after failing to land the punch on Dyspo) to save energy (even when he's losing, for some reason), it's also possible that he wasn't using his full power in the short time he used his SSJB. I wouldn't come to the conclusion that Freeza is faster than Goku based on that one failed punch tbh.

Indeed, Hit got faster. But to the point of being able to outspeed Dyspo, let alone as easily as Freeza did ? I wonder...
