How Strong Is Goku post RoSaT?

Post-FNF, Goku and Vegeta blue were training in the RoSaT for the U6 tournament. The Mangu states they'd spent three days(years) in there, and this is after Golden Freeza, SSJB and the Whis-sama training, so how strong is Goku now?

The ROSAT is fairly useless after the first time using it so I don't expect them to have made any significant strength gains at all.

I don't see a point of using the RoSaT if you wouldn't get that much stronger from it in terms of plot. I'd say anywhere from 2x-3x is a good estimate.

Vegeta and Trunks certainly didn't get much stronger from it after using it again in the Cell arc, and this is back when the Room would've been a decent challenge for him. Now? They're way past the point of having any difficulties with that place in their current levels of strength.

Vegeta got from getting his ass beat by #18 to being able to curbstomp Semi Perfect Cell, so I fail to see how they didn't get ''much'' stronger from the RoSaT. Goku wouldn't have bothered even mentioning RoSaT unless they gave them substantial gains, otherwise they wouldn't be a point in even using it.

He's talking about the second Rosat, but yeah, I don't believe the gains were minimal unless you were to think Vegeta is a complete moron who can't compute the fact that a holding back Cell easily wrecked him last time meaning he'd need a pretty large boost to back up his "I'll end the Cell Game" smack talk.

Even the gains from 2nd RoSaT visit weren't minimal, they just weren't as effective as when they came the first time around.

Yeah, they clearly surpassed 50% SSJ Goku and pre-power up Perfect Cell who would rape their Grade 2 form pre-rosat so that's no minimal increase.

Goku could play the outlasting game against Golden Freeza so all he really needs to do to surpass him is get like 1.2x stronger which considering Super's boner for everything Galu, Vegeta or Hakaishin they should be able to do and then some.

As I say down below,they maybe got twice as strong as they were before at best. If it shrunk that much for the second time, I see no plausible way repeat enterings of the ROSAT should suddenly yield big boosts again, especially since Vegeta and Goku are a lot tougher now, making the environment of the ROSAT a non-issue.

I meant the second trip in, not the first. The second time they maybe got twice as strong as they were before which is nothing compared to the 5-6 times stronger they got the first time

2x seems rather lowballing it considering that SSJ Vegeta (2nd) >> 50% SSJ Goku >> suppressed Perfect Cell >> SSJ grade 2 Vegeta >> Semi Cell FP > SSJ Vegeta (1st) >= suppressed Semi, although I agree the increase lessened.

As a whole, not much stronger. They were said to be able to beat Beerus if they teamed up in FnF, and after their 3 yrs in the RoSaT, they still can't beat him (but then again they still can't so )
