I'm referring to Goku SSJB when he fought Future Zamasu in the Anime, while Vegeta SSJB beat up Goku Black SSJR.
I think Goku SSJB could be just as powerful as when he raged against Goku Black or maybe he could be just above Goku Black SSJR, the one who was being beaten by Vegeta SSJB.
