How Strong Is Janemba?

Going by the manga numbers, Fat Janemba should be around Fat Boo and Goku beats him fairly easily with no dicking around. Once Super Janemba shows up, he's totally outclassed. However, I don't think Super Janemba or Gogeta are much above SS Gotenks.

Goten and Trunks are individually fairly close to their dads in the Boo arc, meaning Gogeta really shouldn't be vastly stronger than Gotenks in any form.

And you know the difference between them? Its that Vegeta was already said to be no chance from the beginning by Krillin and will die if he fights Cell. Gotenks on the other hand was completely different, Buu was just standing there waiting because Trunks told him so.

Take a look on Gotenks and Piccolo's reactions. They were both wrong! Gotenks has no chance from the beginning.

Because if he had any type of foreshadowing of Buu's power, it'd have killed all the fun. IMO the purpose of the scene is to show that despite Gotenks powered up a shit ton, he still too childish to notice Buu is stronger than him.
And you know, Buu can make a silent power up between the moment Gotenks fused and the moment he attacked him.

The purpose of the scene is exactly like how Mr. Satan was thought to be able to defeat Cell and how did that turned out. I guess Cell did a silent power up against Mr. Satan since he has an ability to do so.

This is the same dude who thought he can kill Fat Boo who is on par with SSjin3 Goku in his base form, are we supposed to believe that Base Gotenks is a SSjin3 tier in order for him to be that confident enough to challenge Boo? Another example is that he thought he can defeat Frieza in FnF but everyone knew he can't. Face it, Gotenks is all about hyped and his feats contradicts that every time.

As for Piccolo, he had a terrible sensing in Boo arc such as not being able to sense Gohan's power up but Boo did, not being able to sense Dende after he and Gotenks managed to escaped from ROSAT.

I did say around Fat Boo, meaning you can put him as somewhat weaker or stronger then him but I don't think it's vast difference by any stretch.

Yes, kind of. Difference being Mr Satan was obviously going to lose, he was a regular guy who showed up thinking he can beat Cell. Gotenks had the whole build up with Kamiccolo expecting a miracle, and Gotenks surpassing this miracle.

I found really, really unlikely Mr would put not only one, but two statements implying Gotenks has surpassed his previous SSJ self but somehow they are supposed to be interpreted otherwise. They clearly could tell Gotenks stands no chance before Rosat, why would they somehow think differently after?

And disregarding someone's credibility because of two moments? That's a Toshit move man.
