How strong is Lood?

[SSJ2]

At level two, he essentially gets dusted by Base Goku and Trunks. They both say that he has incredible ki, but no idea of how to use it properly. Lood somehow stomped the shit out of them, and it took a combined Super Saiyan effort to throw Lood off. Is between Base Gotenks post and SSJ Gotenks post accurate for Level 2 Lood?

[Let's Go Fearless!]

Fat Boo level works.

[SSJ2]

Why so low? Goku and Trunks couldn't take him down.

[SSJ3 Gothic]

I dare say at stage 2 he can nearly match them for speed in their base forms. No small feat, so I think he deserves to be on par with them. Maybe SSJ Trunks. (Not SSJ Goku obviously).

[Captain Cadaver]

Between Base and SSJ post-Rosat Gotenks seems best, most likely closer to SSJ Gotenks. Level 3 Lood would be rivalling SSJ Gotenks imo.
