Oob is pretty powerful. His Godly Power was enough to fully restore UI Goku with no effort.

I think his main issue right now would be the lack of control. He probably can't bring out UI level power during combat until he learns to control his power.

His dormant power was likely at a level that made him the strongest in the universe at the time.

Do you think that Goku is stronger than UI?

I think that Oob's hidden power must be equal to the attack that the Great Kaioshin used against Moro.

Moro when fighting against UI Sing Goku commented that he surpassed the level of the Gods. The only powerful God he knew was the Great Kaioshin, therefore, I believe that he surpassed the power that the Great Kaioshin used against Moro.

So I have it between Moro (FP) and Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart).

I think that Oob's hidden power must be equal to the attack that the Great Kaioshin used against Moro.

Moro when fighting against UI Sing Goku commented that he surpassed the level of the Gods. The only powerful God he knew was the Great Kaioshin, therefore, I believe that he surpassed the power that the Great Kaioshin used against Moro.

-Moro no longer feared Dai Kaioshin because he no longer had the God Power to use the KaiKai-Matoru

-Moro consumed enough planets to transcend the Gods (Dai Kaioshin w/Kai-Kai Matoru for sure)

-Moro with all of his magic restored, countless planets, and 7-3 was still no match for UI Goku

-Oob's God Power was enough to restore Goku back to UI so he could finish Planet Moro off

I like your theory, however, Oob's hidden power should be lower than UI Goku, considering that Goku's level was not at 0 before receiving Oob's energy.

What Goku needed was Divine energy, rather than Mortal energy. I think that more than quantity of energy, it was the type of energy that he needed. For example Vegeta SSJBE's energy served Goku only to recover the PSSJB from him.

I like to think that Dai Kaioshin (w / Kai-Kai Matoro) was the power of "The Gods" that Moro spoke.

As for Oob's hidden power, I think at the very least it must be higher than Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) and since the Dai Kaioshin (w / Kai-Kai Matoro) is the greatest power that Oob could absorb, it sounds like an interesting thing to do. suspect.

Oob's hidden energy served Goku to regain his power as UI.
