How strong is Vista?

Vista seemed to be able to keep up with/stall Mihawk similarly to how the top commanders could stall the Admirals. Is Vista on their level?

Who knows. Depends on how you believe a Vista vs King fight would play out.

Well, what do you think? I can't see Vista damaging King if Zoro isn't able to, unless I am overestimating Zoro or his condition.

It's most likely that Vista can't damage Kaido, but it might be because you need to use Ryuo in a specific way like the Scabbards, Zoro, and Oden. It might not mean he's necessarily weaker.

Like, Zoro could cut Kaido, but King can't cut Kaido himself. However, we see King clearly dominating in his fight right now.

King vs Vista, I'd give it to King probably. He's meant to be the no. 2 of the Beast pirates, like Katakuri and Marco respectively.
