How strong was 73?

I have OG73-I at a level close to Piccolo (Weighted) (first match against OG73-I).

He would say that when Moro grabs OG73-I's neck, he transferred all the power he had at the time. Then a very weakened Moro ate OG73-I which caused him to heal and add the power that he had reserved in OG73-I. In short, I have Moro (OG73-I) twice as powerful as before.

By grabbing his head, after he was hit by Android # 17. Moro has magic.

Moro was able to add an entire backup into 7-3. It probably wasn't something he intended to do (he hated the idea of 7-3 grabbing his neck) early on, but it just sorta happened during the copying process.

So it was basically Old Moro adding 7-3 w/Prime Moro's power to himself.

He definitely was. On his own he was inferior to Gohan/Piccolo.
