How strong was Beerus in the Arc Broly, Moro and Granolah?

How strong was Beerus in the Arc Broly, Moro and Granolah?

I think until the ToP, Beerus was just below Broly SSJFP Peak), but then he started training or just the power of the Hakaishins reconfigured and Beerus from Arc Broly, is stronger even than Black Frieza.

My question is:

Beerus' power (Post ToP) was reconfigured and he was even more powerful than Black Frieza?

Or is it that Beerus started training and became more powerful with each Arc? If so, how powerful was Beerus in Arc Broly? How strong was it at the Arc Moro? How strong was it at the Arc Granolah?

All the "might be" stronger than Beerus statements such as from Shin about Blue Vegetto and Goku about FP SSJ Broly are coming from characters who are unlikely to be aware of Beerus' full power. The only potential issue though is the Hakaishin brawl where Vermond is explicitly stated to be weaker than Jiren and his card technique was threatening to the other Hakaishin so he can't be far off from them.

The idea of Beerus training is just out of character. I don't know what to say, it's most likely a retcon.

It's implied Beerus gets stronger when he uses Destruction/Hakai. That's how Vegeta got Ultra Ego when training with Beerus.
