How strong was future Cell?

I think it’s fairly obvious Cell was talking about the future ones. He had never been to the past before to even know there’s a difference.

I think Future Cell was below post absorptions Cell by the same degree the future twins were below the present ones.

So, this Cell would be equal to his pre absorptions self? You have the future androids much weaker than the predent ones?

How could Cell know that Piccolo was the only one capable of contending with the androids in the main timeline?

No, I think he’s just a bit below his post absorptions self. Something like this:

Present 18: 90
Present 17: 100
Cell (Post absorptions): 200

Future 18: 67.5
Future 17: 75
Future Cell: 150

Definitely stronger than the Future Androids. Future Cell still remained confident knowing that Trunks eliminated both of the Androids.

That was just a random example. If Present Cell is a 300, then Future Cell would be a 225.

I don't like to bloat numbers anymore, but it's really hard not to with Cell VS Piccolo, Vegeta, and #16.
