Stronger than BoDB Goku imo. I think anybody who makes it to the semi finals in the og db is automatically stronger than BoDB Goku. The announcer was also surprised when she stripped so we know she didn't use that against the preliminary fighters.

I agree, but when was the announcer surprised? Also even if he was, I don't believe the finalist announcer was present during the preliminaries. There seemed to be a bunch of different judges for the prelims.

He was like "what's this?...". But yeah he isn't in charge of the preliminary fights so he probably didn't see any of Ranfan's previous matches.

Considering how well she did against Namu, it's unlikely she needed to strip for the preliminaries. Perhaps that's a good road to explore. She's notoriously difficult to rate.

Hard to say really. While it seems like she was hurting Namu with her attacks, it was also made clear it was only because of Namu being distracted and not really keeping his guard up, which we know leaves you vulnerable to surprise attacks.

Keep in mind, she wasn't just stripping. She was a whole-ass femme fatale using her feminine charms to make men drop their guard.


However, she has to be at least somewhat strong for that strategy to even work and she does seem reasonably skilled, so I'd put her at least 6 in battle power.

Namu wasn't really hurt either just caught off guard and she was literally striking him in his pressure points, but couldn't really put him down.

Once he closed his eyes and got serious, all it took was a light neck chop to bring her down. That's barely more effort than Goku and co. use against preliminary fodder.
