It kind of makes sense when Wano was hyped up as having numerous powerful Samurai in the past, enough that the Marines don't even want to mess with them. These guys are better than Kaido's crew but it's still close enough that it's a relatively even battle from what we've seen. I'm fine with all members of a Yonko's crew being above the fishman pirates lowest members.

I don't think using basic Haoshoku uses significant stamina.
