I know GT Files say GT Base Gohan=Ultimate Gohan, but let's forget about that for this thread. I wanna try
a minimalistic approach that makes as much sense as possible...
1. Since it isn't mentioned which Buu Goku is talking about and the only Buu currently around is Innocent Buu,
i opt to pick this one as the measure of comparison Goku used.
2. When Goku went SSJ, he said to Rildo something like ''use your full power as well''. In other words, Goku
knew Rildo was holding back, so, by Rildo>Buu, he didn't have to mean the power he fought at base, but
the power he fought as SSJ. Therefore...
SSJ Kid Goku~ Rildo>= Innocent Buu
3. I know Base Adult Goku was shown sparring with Ubb, but, maybe the Pure Buu power was just Ubb's lifelong
potential, not necessarily the power he had at that moment.
