I mean when Arale defeated General Blue. What would have happened if Arale had become very close to Goku and had him accompany his adventures and be part of the Z Warriors?

Count how to believe that the series would develop.

Arale beats Taopaipai, so Goku does not train with Korin. At 22nd TB, he's just a little above Krillin and
Yamcha. Tenshinhan is still convinced by Roshi to turn a new leaf, but also easily wins the tournament,
unless Arale has decided to take part.
Later, Arale defeats Piccolo, so no Piccolo Jr, no Holy Water and, at 23rd TB, Goku's max is his Weighted
power in canon 23rd TB. Goku most likely still takes part in 23rd, meets Chichi and gives birth to a weaker
version of Gohan.
Arale defeats Saiyans, so no Freeza Saga. She also defeats Androids, Babidi and Dabura. Goku never turns
SSJ and his power remains in the hundreds, or, at most, in the thousands. With a peaceful life on Earth,
Gohan never tangles into martial arts, but becomes a scholar instead.
With such low power levels, Beerus never bothers coming. No Golden Freeza Saga, since Freeza never died
in the first place, no Zamasu. All is well forever (or until Zeno decides to erase everything, whichever comes
first).

Arale's a gag character, so she'd always find a way to avoid becoming too integral to the plot for comedic effect such as running out of power at a crucial moment. Nothing changes other than the Boo Arc becoming even more gag focused.
