If all of DBS looked like Broly, then it would look so much more incredible. In my opinion, audio is mastered, so a visual upgrade would only enhance the experience.

It'd have to be a complete overall production value increase.

What Super needed was more production time. Cel animation with that schedule might be even worse.

Yeah most of the veteran animators worked on both early Super and Broly. They just had no production time for the former because of time constraints (Super was released only 2-3 months after its announcement while JJBA season 4 was released 6 months after being announced).
