Maybe Hachi. Zoro’s whole thing is being the fighter & being sensible at times (harsh but real) & I don’t think Hachi is power-full enough to replace Zoro nor harsh but real enough to be vice-captain.

Hachi is dumb and yeh he'd be weak cuz he'd be too dumb to think of as effective techniques. He lacks his own drive to become so strong. Weaksauce still in Sabaody.
