Probably Araki. His interviews present him as the kind of person who's interesting even outside of his work with his love of various cultures and art history to the point there'd be a lot to gather from him even if not primarily talking about JoJo.
Either that, or Miura. He has quite a varied amount of interests when it comes to mediums and genres. Even leaving aside the obvious questions on new Berserk chapters and the release schedule, it'd be interesting enough to talk to him about his influences and preferences when it comes to sci-fi and fantasy.
