Piccolo being as high has 350k doesn't contradict anything. In fact it backs up Nail's words. I see no problem with it.

Also Piccolo and Vegeta being close rivals during the Trunks Arrival part makes sense as Piccolo had no doubts about challenging Vegeta.

Mecha Freeza should be only slightly stronger than Namek SSJ Goku. He thought he could beat him, but he thought having daddy as backup would help.

I think 250k (or 270k) works fine. But I have a few nitpicks.

• Vegeta expected Gohan and Krillin to be of help against a transformed Freeza so I'd raise them a bit.

Piccolo was also going to save Gohan against Cell, so I don't find Piccolo going to save Gohan and Krillin to be the best evidence that he's stronger than them here. I do agree with him being ~half of first form Freeza, though.

That scenario was different. Piccolo was not outclassed nearly as badly by Freeza as he was by Cell.

To me there's really no difference between a ~2x gap and a >5x gap (or whatever gap you have between Cell and Piccolo). Both are one-shot gaps to me.
