If I could save only one anime, plus 13 youtube videos - and the rest will be destroyed - I would save Inferno Cop and it would be the 13 youtube videos too. The invading aliens would say "you can keep a different 13 vídeos or another anime" and I'd say no, humanity can survive with only this.
