Is diable jamble advanced conqueror's haki? Is that confirmed? Or is it conqueror's (normal or advanced) stopping him from being burnt?

Pre-Timeskip it's just friction. Post-TS he can seemingly do it on a whim for some reason but it's never implied to be tied to Haki.

He must be rotating faster than anyone in the series can. And why doesn't his leg get burnt? Wasn't it originally his passion or something similar? Stalker's haki?

There are definitely a couple instances in One Piece that could indicate emotions can be manifested as a tangible power that overrides logic.

Considering this is the series where willpower is a tangible ability and DF are spawned by dreams anything is possible lol.

Even Luffy can ignite his fists.
