Most likely not. According to the DBO timeline, Freeza's remnants kept their distance from Earth after his and Cold's death, suggesting Freeza being killed by Future Trunks was his one and only death in DBO's timeline.

He didn't really contribute that much, he mostly ok'd the development team's ideas. Think of it like Z filler, what with how AT did the designs for the illusion saiyans or Paikuhan. But the rest were the work of the development team.

He helped develop the lore for the game like what happened with the Freeza Force and the Namekians decades or centuries after the events of the series, how Goku and Vegeta had their last battle etc. But he did the barebone stuff, other stuff he just ok'd. Most he contributed besides those key details is doing character art like the artwork for Miira and Masked Bardock.

Yeah. But I'm not sure that makes the game canon in any sense when the development team did most of the work, and AT mostly just OK'd stuff (and he OK's most things unless they openly contradict his vision of the series, like when DB characters were used for gambling pieces).
