Is it UI or MUI Goku in the Manga?

In Anime we talk about UI Goku and MUI Goku. The latter is when he has White hair.

My doubt is that because in Manga what we call Sing UI Goku, instead of just UI Goku?

Do we call the Ultra Instinct with White hair in the Manga UI Goku or MUI Goku?

Pretty sure MUI is still a thing in the manga. It was stated that Goku in the Moro arc was using the Sign form of UI, but Merus still called it Ultra Instinct.

Whis later differentiates MUI as the "true state" of UI.

They are both UI. MUI is the perfected state, and UI Sign is the imperfect state.

Assuming you're referring to the terminology, the two variants are called Ultra Instinct Sign and Ultra Instinct in both mediums respectively. MUI is a fanmade term due to UI Sign only being referred to as Ultra Instinct in the anime with the "Sign" part coming from Toei's website and other sources to differentiate the two forms before the term was used in the manga.

In short, Black Haired Goku being UI Sign and white hair being UI rather than referring to them as UI and MUI respectively is the correct way, but as long as people are aware what form is being discussed, it doesn't really matter which one you use.
