Between Zoro and Luffy (Yagami?), is the gap the smallest between a waiohenkayohyu and the second strongest of the crew?

I'd go with Shanks and Ben Beckman. Ben Beckman's vivre card implies that he could be close to Shanks.



I'd expect Ben Beckman would be near equal to Admiral level if I'm guessing. Zoro is probably a step below that still given how Scopper Gaban disrespected him on Elbaf.
