Is the SSJ multiplier for Goku (Post God) equally nerfed in both the Anime and Manga?

In both continuities Goku Base seems not to be fodder for Hit in the U6 Tournament.

Could it be that Goku was Suppressed at the Base, when he increased his power dozens of times when he transformed into SSJ2 against Zamasu?

Another question, how strong are Goku Base (Arc FNF)?

Vegeta SSJ2's Galick Ho (Enraged) against Beerus was an amplified attack?

It is, but to varying degrees depending on the continuity. Gowasu still states that SS2 made Goku several dozen times stronger, so the SSJ boost in the anime still ought to be quite significant until maybe the ToP Arc. For the manga, Goku's performance against Hit and the form's general lack of relevance would suggest it's probably at best equal to the boost it is in GT.

The anime doesn’t really suggest the SSJ boost is any lower other than maybe ToP plot armour. If anything it’s suggested to be the same because of Gowasu’s statements, though base Goku was probably suppressed.

On the other hand, Manga SSJ boost is comparable to GT’s since SSJG’s boost over 3 > SSJ over base, despite the 1/10 thing.

So will it be okay to have the 2.5x SSJ Multiplier from Arc Tournament U6 in the Manga? And a 2.5x SSJ Multiplier from the ToP in the Anime?

I saw the fights that Goku and Vegeta had in the U6 Tournament in the Anime.

I think Goku (Post God) has the SSJ multiplier nerfed for the following reasons:

1.- In all the fights that Goku and Vegeta have in the U6 Tournament in the Anime, the SSJ does not seem to be multiple times stronger than the Base state.

2.- In the combat between Vegeta vs Cabba, the difference between the SSJB over the SSJ is shown to be much greater than the gap between SSJ on the Base.

3.- Although Zamasu makes the statement that Goku became tens of times stronger by transforming into SSJ2, he does not know the true power of Goku in Base state. In many fights that Goku has, before and after that time, he makes many fires in his Base state, even when he faces Gohan in the previous ToP. So surely Goku Base was very repressed when Zamasu felt it.

Vegeta SSJ didn't seem to hold back and gave Cabba Base a lot of hits.

Later Vegeta SSJB with a soft blow defeated Cabba SSJ.

The truth is that the combats were very similar in both the Anime and Manga.

Also, when Goku turns on his Base, he gets an aura. We have seen Goku Base very suppressed multiple times.

Goku Base (Suppressed) = 1
Base (FP / Hypothetical) = 20
SSJ = 50
SSJ2 = 100
