Is there a possibility that Kefla SSJ is >>>>> Goku SSJB Kaioken x20?

I think Goku got stronger in his fights against the 2 female Saiyans and with Kefla, but not to a great level, since in the fight against Agnilasa, there seemed to be Goku SSJB, Vegeta SSJB, Golden Frieza, Ultimate Gohan and Android #17 more or less in the same league.

Goku Base (Genkidama) was confident in defeating Jiren, even though the latter easily defeated Goku SSJB Kaioken x20.

I like to think that Goku and Vegeta got stronger in their singles matches against Jiren, right before Vegeta transformed into SSJBE.

I don’t think so. They were fairly even and U7 even thought Goku could win. Kefla had to take Goku off guard to finish him.

Agnilaza was way stronger than everyone, so naturally they’d look the same in the fight because they’re all getting stomped.

No. The entire theme of the fight was that they were competing against each other. When one powers up, the other powers up in an attempt to overcome them. SSJ Kefla only powered up to match KKx20 Blue Goku. The only thing Beerus suggests is not that Goku is weaker, only that his stamina was low so he would need to end the fight quickly or Kefla would win. As such, the implication is that Goku is relatively equal to her in terms of power and only lost due to his lack of stamina on top of Kaioken draining it even further.
