Is there something wrong with having Vegetto SSJ (Boo) = Base Baby Vegeta?

After all the only thing we know is that SBV1 is the first to surpass Vegetto SSJ (Boo), but nothing contradicts that Baby Vegeta Base is on the same level as Vegetto SSJ (Boo). At least that's the maximum power Baby Vegeta Base can have.

I don't see why not. I have him slightly below Super Vegetto but not by much.
