Jiren (Post ToP) should be stronger than Jiren (Beyond Limits)?

I started thinking about the possibility of having:

Broly SSJFP > Jiren (Post ToP) >>> UI Goku (ToP) > Jiren (Beyond Limits).

Jiren in both the Manga and the Anime, has a Power Up when he was badly hurt. Does that mean that Jiren when healed should be >>> Jiren (Beyond Limits)?

It might even fit perfectly fine with the string:

Moro OG73I (FP) >> Moro OG73I (Suppressed) = Broly SSJFP >= Beerus > Jiren (Post ToP) > Moro (FP) >> Vegeta SSJBE (Post Yadart) > UI Sign Goku (Beyond Limits) > UI Sign Goku ( Arc Moro) >> UI Sign Goku (Initial) >= UI Goku (ToP) > Jiren (Beyond Limits).

Generally when pushed past their limits, they are somehow healed or have their ki replenished with the added power. We generally don't have them capable of much more than their peak regardless of injury.

50% Freeza should be massively injured, but his power never seemed to change.

When fatigued Goku and Freeza attacked Jiren and 17 was on backup since he was the weakest out of the group.

#17 could've been injured by his failed self-destruction and other damage he took from Toppo and Jiren.

17's stamina doesn't drop through normal exertion but he can still be crippled by taking damage. Android 17 took some damage battling Toppo, took a direct hit from Jiren whose attack was meant to damage SSJBE Vegeta, self-destructed against Jiren and enveloped himself in an explosion that was capable of neutering a ki attack from Jiren, and deliberately blew himself up (for lack of a better term) against Jiren again.

Not to mention that Goku also says that everyone had reached their limit which included Android 17.
