I think Kibitoshin is stronger than SS2 Vegeta, so it's a significant gain.

I also don't think there's such thing as a rival boost.

Significant enough to win this, though? You do have Kaio-Shin already Cell-Games Super-Saiyan Tier, right?! The boost doesn't seem as significant as say Vegetto's boost in the Boo Saga, and Freeza is also higher than his Daizenshuu number according to you, IIRC.

That's true, but this Goku and Vegeta aren't the highest. They are even lower than Kaio-Shin & Kibito.

True, but consider how big the boost is from Kibito's perspective. If General Blue > Kibito, then the boost from that low to SS2 tier could be nearly as big as Vegetto's.

Not sure, honestly. The multiplier for Kibito and Kaioshit doesn't seem as large as Vegeta and Goku's, so I assume there's a closer compatibility between people of similar power as the latter two were more even in the Boo arc. Vegeta was over twice as powerful as Goku in the Saiyan arc, and they're also below 1/7th of Ginyu each, so I doubt they'd fall into the 3 greatest masters category and produce a great fusion. They might surpass 2nd or 3rd form Freeza, and maybe even Namek base Goku, but 100% Freeza is way too much.
