If this is manga Vegetto, it goes a lot like SSJ Goku vs Freeza would. If this is anime Vegetto, he wouldn't even need his full base power, much less Kaio-Ken x20. Also, doesn't Potara fusion build on the stronger user's power rather than the weaker one?
