Alright, I'm looking at this again...

Full Power Vegeta 18,000
KKx2 Goku 16,000
Initial Vegeta 14,000
Kaioken Goku 12,000
Base Goku 8,000

1) Goku uses Kaioken on Initial Vegeta and gets beat up
2) Vegeta does a tremendous power up
3) Goku has to resort to KKx2 and is shocked that even that isn't enough.

Goku uses Kaioken on Ginyu at hits 180k.

Therefore, Goku's Base power is actually 120k, not 90k.

Well, Vegeta does call Goku and Ginyu equals... I would went with that 1.5x boost long ago, but there's a entry where the narrator says base Kaioken is a 2x boost.

He says it multiplied his power by two times. Kaioken is supposed to multiply by many times. Strength =/= ki.

Vegeta doesn't necessarily have to do a power-up. Maybe he just flexed his power and made all that typhoon and stuff up to scare Goku. And once he flexed his power he could use it to its fullest.

What did Goku state? He was shocked? And said it's like a typhoon is brewing or something, nothing else.

Vegeta states he is going to show his full power.
Goku mentions how powerful his ki is
Vegeta attacks Goku and Goku is shocked by his speed.

What don't you get?

Vegeta doesn't outright say he's going to show his full-power. He just says something about Saiyan Elite and how it's not always that a low-class warrior gets to go one-on-one with a Super-Elite and that he'll show him something special. Which could just mean that he was more relaxed before and now he's putting in full-effort, no change in Ki-level necessarily.

So he's powering up and not gaining power. You are retarded.

Read, idiot. I said he was flexing his powers. Is that too hard for you to comprehend? Because he was really relaxed before doesn't mean he was using all of his power to their fullest extent, but then again what am I doing talking to you. Probably too high for you.

Well, right after concluding Goku has hit his limit, Vegeta states he'd show Goku the overwhelming power of an elite Saiyajin:

And then Goku is surprised at Vegeta's prowess, commenting on his power and speed and how his Kaioken can't keep up with that, despite having already fought pre-pseudo power up Vegeta:

So I'd say that Vegeta's fighting abilities did also increase post that 'power up', despite his battle power apparently not changing for a scouter-machine, which is the most accepted theory regarding Nappa's and Vegeta's quasi-power ups.

Even beings who can't quite alter their battle power can still alter their performance based on how much much effort they are putting out at a certain moment, I believe. Raditz also hadn't the ability to power up in the traditional sense, but he still stated he'd be slowly making his attacks stronger, so I believe Vegeta's performance was also better post all those typhoons and hurricanes despite his BP digit remaining the same. They are like increasing their effort, which might also bring up such power-up scene that resembles the traditional ones imo, as it seems they can change their fighting ability once doing it.

So in other words they are working-up a storm and fighting to their fullest which might make them a bit faster but their power mostly remains the same so much so that a scouter wouldn't pick-up on it? That's what I've been saying.

Would Vegeta's attack on Nappa be considered a power-up of some sort?

That seemed to throw Goku off entirely.

I don't think it needs to be a power-up. More like a display of his real power...if that makes any sense. :kenshi

Why the fuck would people be forced to fight at full power all the time if they can't suppress their power? That's the stupidest shit I ever heard.

See? Intelligent people understand this kind-of stuff easily. :galu :galu :galu

It's not rocket-science.

Weird considering the person opposed to this idea is the same person that wants gaps to fit so perfectly ~16k/18k gap is more understandable for a clear gap.

Everyone powers up the same. The only difference is some can lie to scouters, others can't.

That's what you don't get.

Raditz, Nappa and Vegeta have stated, shown power ups.

They are also increasing their fighting capabilities, that is, Vegeta "post power up" has a better prowess than himself before performing it. So even though it (the process) wouldn't change Vegeta's battle power in a scouter, I still think his speed and strength increased post doing it, as Vegeta states he'll show him the power of a Saiyajin and Goku emphasizes Vegeta's power and speed after such 'power up' performance.
