Most people think it's wrong because Vegeta considered him useful vs Freeza and stated power was the main factor. He's likely to be on the 200-300k range.

That doesnt mean anything... Krillin was terrified of Freezas power... Veegta saying they can win if they fight together is also a strech

Goku only wins with no strain. I think having Krillin less than say 200k is too low. However I also don't see him approaching that 300k mark quite yet. 250k seems nice, and with no strain Goku' s advantage is too much.

It was made evident that he and Gohan weren't even aware of how strong they'd actually gotten until Vegeta pointed it out, not to mention Kuririn's general nature is to lack confidence in tense situations. Nothing contradicts Vegeta's statement.

Tbh he kind of contradicts Vegeta. Vegeta was sure they could beat his estimatives for 2nd form Freeza, while Gohan said they could manage something against 1st form. Though considering Gohan and Kuririn were understimating themselves as hell Vegeta's statement still holds some water.

Still doesnt mean Krillin is anything to Vegeta.. He was weak that Vegeta had to lower a lot of his power so he can hurt him.... Gohan being 200k like his official number fits welll... Krillin being 150k is enough

Of course he'd have to suppress himself. He wanted to make sure the injury was near fatal, not just some light wound. That much would just be common sense even if Kuririn's battle power were as high as 300k, even 400k.

That makes me remember that Black's second time being healed by Zamasu when he fought Vegeta wasn't even close to fatal, just a bloody face from trading blows. Guess it's understandable given Toyotaro's tendency to rush the manga though.
