Kaioshin really doesn't know how strong are the Saiyans even after sensing SSjin2 Gohan in the tournament. That guy is still clueless even Elder Kaioshin sometimes point it out on DBS. Another reason why I'm still not sure that Vegito surpassed Beerus in the manga too.
