Yes but it didn't take much time when he used it against Ghost Zamasu as well.

If that version of the Final Flash was the normal attack level & Kamehameha needs a super version to do the same damage to PerfectCell i'd say the Final Flash is stronger.

Vegeta did use a reduced version against the Cell jr, but in Super he used a powerful normal attack level version.

It's basically Super Kamehameha but with Instantaneous Movement. I'd still say Final Flash is more powerful.

OK, new question.

Final Flash VS Instant KHH

Same answer for me.
The Instant Transmission Kamehameha against PerfectCell didn't destroy PerfectCell & it was a Super Kamehameha.

Yes it took half of PerfectCell whereas Vegeta's Final Flash only took Cell's arm & little less than half his upper body. But Goku fired at close range & Vegeta was much further away, also has the possibly of PerfectCell moving a little & Vegeta slightly changing the Final Flash's direction.

Only a Super Kamehameha would equal a Final Flash if they both were equal in power & fired the attacks at their normal attack levels.

Both moves are fueled by plot, so logic dictates they are equally as powerful.

I always thought Final Flash was stronger than the KMHMH and that the Galick Gun was equal to the KMHMH.
