Piccolo. There was a massive gap between them in the 23rd, so much so that an injured and battleworn Piccolo apparently was still too much for all the Humans with Kami to take down. Kami doesn't do much training so....

Nothing implies that Kami and Mr. Popo trained, but their powers were clearly REDCON, considering that Goku stated that Piccolo had a hard workout during those five years, when Piccolo their heavy clothes against Raditz is removed. Therefore Piccolo (heavy clothing / BoZ)> / >> Goku (TB23)> = Piccolo (TB23). Also the difference between Piccolo (heavy clothing / BoZ) and Tien (BoZ) is 1,288x. We must also bear in mind that Boz we suggest that Goku (No Heavy / Clothing BoZ)> Piccolo (No Heavy / Clothing BoZ) >> Goku (heavy clothing / BoZ)> Piccolo (heavy clothing / BoZ)> Kami (BoZ)> Mr. Popo (BoZ)> Tien (BoZ). Therefore the powers of Kami and Mr. Popo Boz had increased markedly.

There just wasn't much thought put behind the numbers. I truly doubt the intent was for Popo and Kami to be much stronger than they were in DB. I don't see a reason to look into it so much.

I do not even know what to say, at least Victorious has even Krillin (BoZ)> Goku (TB23). I personally have Piccolo (TB23)> = Kami (BoZ)> Mr. Popo> = Tenshinhan (BoZ) >>> Kami (TB23). But I can change my mind if I read a good argument.

I doubt Tenshinhan surpassed Kami by the BOZ. Ten said that Kami and Piccolo surpassed a level that was even conceivable and this and the same guy who knew Goku was holding back when he defeated him and estimated that Goku's real power was much stronger than that.

Mountain training with Chaozu isn't going to close a gap like that.

I doubt Tenshinhan surpassed Kami by the BOZ. Ten said that Kami and Piccolo surpassed a level that was even conceivable and this and the same guy who knew Goku was holding back when he defeated him and estimated that Goku's real power was much stronger than that.

Mountain training with Chaozu isn't going to close a gap like that.

I very much agree with you, but we can not change the idea that Piccolo (weighted / BoZ) is 1,288x Tien (BoZ). In addition the same Tenshinhan in the anime said that a continued training and had already spent five years. Krillin and Gohan went from terrifying to find Reecome and Jeice, to be much more powerful than Captain Ginyu within hours.

The BOZ scouter gaps are irrelevant, it's clear that Toriyama doesn't keep specific numbers in his mind when he's thinking about these battles. Krillin and Gohan were under the effects of Guru's potential unlockment.

I think it makes more sense if we retcon BOZ Goku/Piccolo. It is later revealed that, after training with Kami,
humans can suppress their PL, releasing it only in battle. I don't see why Goku/Piccolo couldn't do the same
against Raditz, their PLs being greater than 400s.

If humans could modify their powers in battle after training with Kami, why not Goku too? Goku said Piccolo
was training because he realized he was wearing heavy clothes. I'm not saying it's proven Goku had more
than 416. I'm saying that retconning this makes more sense than retconning Kami's/Popo's power and
making them manyfold stronger after 5 years.

Goku was trying to save his son's life. I don't see any reason why he would hold back any power, and if he was Raditz's scouter would have picked it up by the time they started fighting.

Maybe Raditz didn't mention the increase when they started fighting because his mind was in the battle and
the increases didn't worry him before the kamehameha. Anyway, this is my theory, it makes more sense than
multiplying Kami's and Popo's powers.
